Which CLARITIN should I take for bone pain after neulasta shot, specifically the 12 hour or the 24 hour? I can't find an answer to this anywhere.

My oncologist told me to take the 24 hr and to take it the before, the day of and for the following two days. Also told me not to take the Claritin D, just plain Claritin It really did help. Good luck to you!
